Leaving your comfort zone ultimately helps you create just enough good stress to charge up your pace, focus, creativity and drive. Stepping outside of your comfort zone helps you deal with change in a better and healthier way. Life is always transitioning which inevitably transforms you.

Although stepping out of your comfort zone often times can be a very fearful experience its important to consider that the fear is only there to remind you that you are stepping into growth. Sometimes having more room and space to grow can be overwhelming and scary, but it is worth the wings you gain at the end of your transformation.

Often times what I’ve personally found is that everything I am seeking and wanting is just one step outside my comfort zone. Yes, you can ask the question “what can go wrong?” but that also offers space for the question “what can go right?”
